Job descriptionOversee the entire system development process for the Guidewire ClaimCenter project Develop and manage project plans in collaboration with business partners and shared services Apply project management processes to lead and manage IT program teams Resolve project issues and manage risks Conduct project meetings and track progress Ensure vendor performance meets contract specifications and SLAs Provide technical and analytical support to project team members. More than 5 years of experience in implementing projects for Japanese customers as a vendor Experience interacting with customer-facing, operational-level stakeholders. Familiarity with project management concepts and SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) methodologies Ability to work collaboratively with local delivery teams to resolve customer issues Excellent communication skills Native level Japanese Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. PMP certified with Agile / Lean experience Guidewire Cloud Experience 120 days or more per year Five-Day Workweek (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) Paid leave (15 to 20 days a year) Special holidays Annual salary increase Bonus once a year Complete social insurance Full payment of transportation expenses Kanto IT Software Health Association E-learning available Orientation for new employees Available for training programs (domestic and overseas) Skillset Required : Guidewire Cloud, English 2, Agile, IT program, SDLC, project management, support , Japanese JLPT N2
