Box Japan は Box Inc.の日本支社として 2014 年 5 月に設立され、急成長し続けています。私たちはさらに Box を広め、ともに成長を促進していただくことができる人材を求めております。このポジションでは、カスタマーサクセスチームの一員として、お客様との関係性を深めていくことの重要性を理解している方を求めております。ウェビナーを含むセミナー、ユーザーグループやなどの One-to-Many プログラムを通じて多くのお客様と関わり、Box の導入や定着化におけるベストプラクティスを提供していただきます。お客様の支援を行うことはもちろん、エンゲージメントと導入効果を高めるための活動を行う、プロアクティブな役割です。

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Box のチャネルパートナーと密接に連携し、お客様と効率的に関わる
  • Box 製品の特徴や機能に関するお客様からの質問に対応する
  • Box を効果的に統合する方法や、ユースケースの包括的な理解を深める
  • 2.0 の分野と Box モデルを習得する

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2 年以上の関連業務のご経験
  • IT 業界におけるアカウントマネジメントの経験があれば尚可
