Overview
- The IT Regional Director at Tiffany is a key contributor of the IT applications & Technical roadmap in collaboration with the key head of regional business departments.
- S / He will be the local voice and head of the zone IT organization. Provide thought leadership & guidance to regional teams to leverage technology to enable competitive advantage for regional in line with the worldwide infrastructure and application organization and strategy. While being a strong business partner, leading transformation discussions & projects, the IT Director will better understand how to support key business priorities.
- S / He will be accountable to deliver an IT service of excellence on the one hand to the Retail network supporting day to day operations and retail network expansion / relocation and the other hand to the regional organization / office.
- S / He will be accountable for the local deployment in the region of worldwide transformation program, while working directly with IT leadership to define the project approach, lead change management through assessment and review of standards, organization structure, and processes.
- S / He will be responsible to produce executive status reports, issue and risk management, managing overall schedule and interdependencies, conducting after action analysis and setting consistent standards and processes.
- S / He will be in charge of the local IT Organization (Business Analyst, Technical Manager, Technical Analyst …) and in charge of local IT partners driving the level service and costs efficiency.
- Main area of responsibilities includes but are not limited to :
- Applications : Retail Operations, POS, Payment, Order Management System driving the Omni Channel transformation, Digital & Clienteling, Supply Chain, Corporate Groups (Finance, HR), Manufacturing (if Any in the region).
- Technical Services : Network, End users experience, Workplace, Service Desk and proximity support.

Represent Tiffany in worldwide organization & projects communityContribute to define objectives for IT department working in conjunction with IT leadershipHelp to define 3-year plan, update plan, roadmap and dashboard regularlyEnsure timely and accurate updates of overall Tiffany application landscapeBusiness / Internal Consultant
Partner with department leads and key users to define project scopes and requirementsCoordinate effort with Delivery and Infrastructure teams to validate scope, establish priorities and ultimately deliver the final solutionReview all requests for systems enhancements to ensure request adheres to overall strategic direction before taking actionDocument business processes and associated IT processes for future referenceAct as subject matter expert regarding retail initiativesProject Leader
Responsible for the overall project management and roll out of IT projectsProducing executive status reports to present to executives and department leadsAssess risk potential for projects and create proactive solutionsOngoing management of overall schedule and resources throughout the duration of projectsResponsible for project budgetsProject Management
Coordinate / follow-up on project tasksCo-manage resources with Delivery and Infrastructure leadershipPrepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios with the business; organize and coordinate UAT to ensure all scenarios are conducted and results properly documentedRequirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems or business-related fieldAt least 10 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in IT and at least 5 years as head of ITComprehensive experience in TECHNOLOGY / BUSINESS (Commercial : e-commerce, CRM, POS, OMS, Global Payment platform / Industrial : WMS, HR systems, Finance systems, Network)Proven success as business analyst; demonstrates ability to understand and anticipate business needsCapable of working in an international context, global organization, matrix environment
