Job descriptionProject Management & Progress Management We select and manage multiple projects from among approximately 50 systems and related projects in the development department. Coordinates project progress, schedules, and resource allocation to identify and resolve risks. We will lead the project through each phase, from the proposal and contract phase to maintenance and operation. Cost Management Manage the income and expenditure of the entire project and ensure that it operates on budget. Develop a strategy to maximize cost efficiency and make adjustments as needed. We will ensure transparency by reporting the status of income and expenditure to customers and management. Deliverable Quality Control Set quality standards for project deliverables and ensure deliverables meet those standards through reviews and reviews. In the event of a quality defect, we will promptly implement countermeasures and make continuous improvements. After the project is completed, we will conduct a quality evaluation and propose improvement plans for the next project. Proposal and contract phases We listen to customer requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and adjust contract details. We will work with the sales team to support proposal activities and create the necessary conditions for the start of the project. Team & Vendor Management Collaborate with teams and external vendors to ensure the quality and delivery of deliverables. Through vendor coordination and schedule management, we support the smooth progress of the project. Someone who has the leadership and drive to lead the project to success. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Those who have excellent external negotiation skills and can communicate smoothly with stakeholders. Vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills. Work experience as a PM. Experience in coordinating with stakeholders on application renewals and cloud migration projects. Knowledge and experience in participating in IT system development projects Experience in quality control and review of deliverables. PMP (Project Management Professional) qualification or similar. Experience in implementing and using project management tools. Knowledge of GIS or implementation experience. It is a plus if you are comfortable with English and can converse and negotiate in English.
