About the Role
You will lead and coach the Japan sales team across all freight forwarding products (air & ocean), focusing on both strategic account development and frontline sales execution. This is a high-impact, customer-facing leadership position with exposure to regional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Focus : Develop and grow key accounts, with priority on national tenders and regional initiatives aligned to APAC strategy.
Customer-Centric Solutions : Co-create logistics solutions with business units and industry teams that deliver measurable value to clients.
Revenue & Profit Leadership : Drive sustainable growth in GP and volume through new business acquisition, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
Team Development : Lead a team of experienced sales professionals through ongoing coaching, performance management, and joint customer visits.
Sales Operations Excellence : Manage CRM usage and pipeline health, while optimizing sales incentive plan execution.
Key Account Management : Build long-term partnerships with priority customers through regular reviews, innovation dialogue, and solution enhancement.
Support Transformation Goals : Contribute to digital, sustainable, and customer-focused transformation initiatives as part of our 2026 roadmap.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in freight forwarding sales (air / ocean), ideally with leadership or team coaching exposure.
Track record of driving commercial performance and developing strategic customer relationships.
Fluent Japanese with business-level English for internal regional collaboration.
