Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for application modernization and a deep understanding of HR, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Wholesale? We are looking for a Japanese-speaking professional to join our team and play a critical role in transforming our systems and processes for the future.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the bridge between business and technology, gathering and documenting key requirements across multiple functional domains.
  • Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and modernization.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Develop detailed specifications and user stories to guide application development.
  • Work closely with IT teams to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and contribute to a strategic roadmap for modernization.
  • Monitor project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring successful execution.

Ideal Profile

What You Bring :

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, with a focus on application modernization projects.
  • Expertise in HR, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Wholesale domains.
  • Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes and propose innovative, business-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams.
  • Agile methodology experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
