The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes within the Supply Chain and Customer Care departments. This role involves identifying inefficiencies, proposing IT solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and support for these departments. They will also work closely with the Commercial IT BA to ensure strategic alignment on capabilities, and identifying improvements.
Key Functions :
- Business Process Analysis : Assess current business processes in Supply Chain and Customer Care to identify areas for improvement
- Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IT solutions
- Solution Design : Design and propose IT solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency
- Project Management : Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- System Implementation : Manage the implementation of new systems and technologies, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing processes
- Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of IT systems
- Data Analysis : Analyze data to generate insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning
