About this Position
障がい者採用ポジションです。磯子拠点における研究・ラボの安全管理を中心に、安全・衛生・環境・セキュリティ・危機管理（SHE）に関する業務全般を行っていただきます。
What you´ll do
- 研究・ラボの安全管理を中心に、安全・衛生・環境・セキュリティ・危機管理（SHE）に関する業務全般を担当。社内関係者（サイトマネージャー、R&Dチーム）および社外関係者（協力会社、Henkelのグローバル・地域・国内のSHE担当者）との連携を図りながら、各種施策の推進・管理
- R&D部門にて、安全・衛生・環境・セキュリティ・危機管理（SHE）活動全般をリード。化学物質管理や緊急対応、法令遵守、健康管理など多岐にわたる業務を、社内外の関係者と連携しながら推進
