About this Position

This position focuses on system and operation support for our Consumer Brands business.

What you´ll do

Daily system transaction monitoring and adhoc trouble shooting of business system
Leading system implementation and functional testing
Cost management of customer service activities (Purchase order creation and billing)
Process improvement of business process and align with business system
Backup support of logistics or customer service of daily operation
Supplier management of third-party logistics and system vendor
Work with cross functional teams when requested
Maintain manual and procedure
Regular reporting

What makes you a good fit

Basic understanding of SAP

Business system implementation and user testing, support

Trouble shooting of business system with supplier

More than 5 years’ experience of logistics

Proficient with Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Power point, teams and share point)

Written and oral communication of English and Japanese

Ideal characteristics : team player and self starter

Nice to have

Business system maintenance and administration

Customer service experience

Import, export management or understanding

Business process analysis and process improvement
