Position Overview :

Reports to : Vice President

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute regional strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead, manage, and develop regional teams to ensure high performance
  • Promote operational excellence with a strong focus on safety and compliance
  • Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking
  • Align regional initiatives with the corporate strategy

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in life sciences or related industries
  • Proven experience managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory and quality standards
  • Language : Japanese and English (business level)
