Job Summary
nContribute to the development, alignment and lead the execution of mid / long term Patient Value Strategy, especially through top-down approach answering the key questions on the current healthcare system
nDrive changes on the healthcare system for post fracture through engaging with KOLs(external experts), MHLW officers and creating strategic solutions including publishing RWE on key issues.
nSecure alignment across the functions such as Medical, External Engagement, HEOR / RWE and Operational Excellence as well as across the partner companies to create an innovate approach and drive the synergies
Major accountabilities / Responsibilities
1.Identifying patients’ care gaps, designs and a novel healthcare system for further evolution
2.Clarifying the key questions / issues in the healthcare system and expand UCB’s boundary of the influence
3.Creating and keeping the close relationship with external experts in Japan and Global
4.Gathering insights working with cross functional teams such as Operational Excellence, Market insights, Medical, Market access and Policy
5.Integrating all the insights and opinions
Education&Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree
Certifications : Medical knowledge equally as medical representative and practical experience in medical policy change with rich knowledge of MHLW organizations
Experience : Ideally, strategic project management, complex problem-solving experiences, strategic marketing experiences, executive communication with KOL, interface with Global organizations, minimum 7 years’ experience in Pharma, experience of making white papers and publishing healthcare papers for medical policy modification
