Job Description

Lead the solutioning and proposal development activities for data and analytics solutions

  • Develop and deploy database solutions based on business needs, including relational, NoSQL, and cloud-based databases.
  • Work with clients to understand their existing technology landscape, capabilities, requirements and translate into the required solution requirements
  • Lead teams in designing and developing cloud data solutions configurations
  • Recommend approaches for solving development and integration problems within data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
  • Provide strategy direction and design implementation roadmaps
  • Be the go-to person for any architecture, design, and development questions

Requirements

Requirements :

  • 10 years of solid experience delivering one or more of leading cloud platforms
  • 10 years architecting and delivering complex data platforms
  • 5 years of experience in team leadership / people management. Consulting experience preferred
  • Data Warehousing and ETL Processes
  • Experience with DataOps implementation is highly preferred
  • Ability to lead and shape proposals and guide a team of consultants to develop winning proposals and steer through complex bid development processes
  • Capability to execute performance analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation
  • Understanding of the cloud ecosystem and leading emerging technologies in AI and Data Engineering, with demonstrated capabilities to deploy it successfully in practice
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to collective goals. Business-level fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and business-level proficiency in English.
  • Very strong in cloud technologies in one or more of the following : AWS, Azure and / or GCP
  • Consulting experience is highly preferred
