Associate Manager Client Services (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)Purpose Of the Role : To perform new account development, client account management, growing accounts and minimizing revenue leakage, prepare customer maps by identifying right contacts in the client organizations, manage proposals and contract negotiations to increase the Infosys footprints in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domains. Work involves a blend of client relationship management, business development and strategic planning.Areas of Responsibility : Client relationship management – managing relationships with key client personnel and CXOs and CXO -1, within client organization and ability to understand the organizational culture of the clientDrive sales and Go-To-Market strategies and identify new business opportunities. Responsible for farming existing accounts and expanding the business portfolio with new accounts.Develop and implement strategic plans for client engagements to ensure long-term client satisfaction and business growth.Monitor and report the performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize effectiveness.Selling concepts to the client and influencing the client to award business based on capability and track record in similar situationsConduct research as well as competitor analysis to define strategies that can help enable favorable outcomesReview sales plan, pursuit plan / business pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievementExpert knowledge of MSA / Other contract process & standards and understand the nuances of MSAs and interdependencies to other business aspectsConduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing and MSA negotiations with the clientProvide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product / service vendorsWork closely with internal teams to ensure delivery alignment with client expectations and service offerings.Qualifications7+ years of IT and business development / engagement management experience.Track-record of successfully farming business solutions and client managementStrong Business Development (Framing current accounts) / Relationship management / Account management is requiredStrong Account Management experience where you have grown existing accounts.Track record of interacting and building relationship with C / C-1 level client contacts.Reasonable understanding of Global Delivery Model and IT service industry.Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.Understanding / experience of Cloud and Platform Service business ModelStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and EnglishInfosys is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, spouse of protected veteran, or disability.At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
