職務内容の詳細Very diverse and global - work with multiple teams including China, Indonesia, Thailand. Opportunity to grow - work with different technologies (Cloud / Kubernetes) and move to different teams (Operation, Development, Platform development). Application support - at least 2-3 experience, competence in Linux scripting Linux / Windows Operation- basic Linux commands Scripting skills in Python / Shell / Perl is highly preferred At least N3 level of Japanese
Job Summary
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with experience in automation, IT infrastructure knowledge and intermediate Japanese. Our client is one of the biggest international companies located in Yokohama.
Applicant must be located in Japan.
Job Description
- Handling inquiries from internal users
- Application health checks and troubleshooting
- In case of issues, report to team lead and operations manager
- Collection, transferring, storage, and parsing for data handling applications
