The  Business Suite Value Advisor  is a critical role supporting mainly CFO buying centre across multiple industries to grow sales, pipeline, customer adoption and satisfaction. The Business Suite Value Advisor provides deep business process knowledge with the Office of CFO, develops business cases , and thought leadership to support sales cycles. In addition, the Value Advisor will drive pipeline growth and contribute to building and maintaining SAP’s leadership position and brand.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Core criteria and role objectives :

• Leading customer engagements to assess strategic objectives, map out innovation scenarios, identify key improvement opportunities and other sources of economic value, and present board-level justification for change including business cases.
• Demonstrate expert foundational knowledge in Office of CFO space critical to the role, such as, developing business cases and related metrics and use of tools and templates.
• Successfully pitch CFO value engagements at C Level, primarily CFO’s.
• Partnering with field sales teams to identify revenue opportunities, create account strategies, and execute sales plays.
• Collaborating with customers to establish value management practices which includes regularly benchmarking for best practices and measuring realized value.
• Lead complex engagements with cross-functional teams (internal and external).
• Conduct executive level dialog in relation to the deliverables.
• Establish and maintain the trust of Customer CFO’s.

A typical engagement requires obtaining buy-in from CFO’s and HOD Finance as Key Stakeholders, confirming scope and timeline, conducting discovery workshops, analyzing and synthesizing information, producing quality, executive ready deliverables with the ability to articulate work in a compelling and effective manner.
