Sales Operation Specialist is a high impact role that will afford you the ability to shape our systems and processes for long term sustainability while working with a small agile team.
What you will do
- Collaborate with sales team, deal desk, finance team in managing a daily quote-to-cash process to maximize the company’s bookings and revenue
- Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Work with sales team to keep salesforce data up to date, and drive data hygiene management in Salesforce.com
- Work in conjunction with business stakeholders to define CRM requirements and bring those requirements to life by aligning operational needs to salesforce.com ‘best practices’
- Act as the liaison between our users and global saleforce.com admin team
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
- Contribute to maintain business-critical processes including but not limited to : Lead & Account Assignments, Territory Management, Products & Price Books, CPQ, Reports & Dashboards, Data integrity, and streamlining the day-to-day experience of our end usersReview quotes and order forms from distributors for accuracy and completeness to route for bookings processAd-hoc work as required by sales or sales operations leadership
