What you will do - Key Responsibilities : Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of marketing events, conferences, and roadshows across Japan region. Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, on-site support, and post-event dismantling. Maintain timely and clear communication with vendors to ensure prompt delivery of materials, services, and event-related requirements. Organize and manage marketing assets, event collaterals, and promotional merchandise. Track and manage event budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost-efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues during events to maintain seamless execution. Assist in preparing post-event reports, analyzing event outcomes, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. Support administrative functions such as scheduling, vendor coordination, and follow-ups. Experience you will bring - 3-5 years of B2B full-cycle marketing experience, including in-depth knowledge of all marketing mediums and integrated campaign management Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related discipline. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. High attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Pardot). Proven track record of building long-term relationships with channel partners and resellers in the technology space Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions or general software development would be a strong asset Experience implementing field marketing plans that include measurements of success Working knowledge of OEM and channel marketing Strong project, people management and collaboration skills Proven track record of exceeding targets and meeting deadlines under pressure Self-motivated, can-do attitude with a strong team focus and customer service towards internal and external parties Experience with database management and CRM systems – knowledge of Salesforce.com and Pardot is an asset Language requirements : Japanese – Native.
