About Organization
The Cloud Platform Dep. in Rakuten Mobile looks after all the underlying IT infrastructure that makes Rakuten Mobile work. Within this Business Unit The Cloud Governance Department ensure the efficient running of the division and enhances operating practices where necessary.
Job Duties
The Process Designer interacts with various stakeholders within the division to understand their operational activity and design new or improve existing processes, in line with best business practices and the division mission. Communication will be almost entirely in English, however Japanese ability could be beneficial for certain situations.
Minimum Qualifications
2-3 years of work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, Communication or a related field
Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably as technical writer, Business Analysis or IT background
Experience in preparing different types of documentation (e.g. procedure, process, troubleshooting, operational manual, form etc.)
Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience (ex : design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of work experience
Knowledge of cloud technologies like Kubernetes, OpenStack, virtualization, KVM, and other
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Glipphy or other diagram creation tools
Knowledge of Databases and data warehousing concepts
Business level of Japanese language
Languages :
English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 1 - Beginner)
