- Analysis related to marketing and sales efficiency, campaign analysis, customer segmentation, touch point optimization, in-website analysis, business efficiency analysis, cross-sell / up-sell analysis, media efficiency analysis, LTV analysis, marketing mix model building, etc.
- Advanced business analysis
- Research on the latest technologies such as AI, internal sharing of know-how, and advancement of business analysis using forecasting technology, etc.
- Construction and management of analysis systems to realize business analysis
- Verification, construction, data management, etc. of analytical systems for business analysis.
- Promoting democratization of data
- Visualization of corporate and customer activities using BI tools (Adobe Analytics, Business Object, Tableau, Domo, etc.), strengthening of the PDCA cycle, etc.
- General operations related to organizational management
- Training of analysis members, employee training, preparation of reporting materials and reporting to top management, etc.
- Collaboration with Group companies
- Construction of data analysis infrastructure for joint use of data with the Group
- Group companies, planning and implementation of measures for Group collaboration based on analysis results, etc.
DEPARTMENT
The Data Analytics Department consists of 16 members (1 manager, 2 section managers, and 13 members (including contract and temporary employees)). As a new department with many young members, we want the person who joins us to play a role in training members and strengthening the department structure.

AI等最新技術の調査、ノウハウ社内共有、予測技術等を用いたビジネス分析の高度化など。
BIツール(Adobe Analytics, Business Object, Tableau, Domo, etc.)を活用した企業および顧客活動の見える化。PDCAサイクルの強化など。
16名 体制(部長 1名、課長2名、メンバー 13名 (契約社員・派遣社員含む))にて構成されております。新規部署で若手メンバーが多いため、今回入社していただく方には、メンバーの育成や部署の体制強化の役割をお願いしたいと考えております。
