Key Responsibilities :
Act as the bridge between business and technology, gathering and documenting key requirements across multiple functional domains.Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and modernization.Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.Develop detailed specifications and user stories to guide application development.Work closely with IT teams to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.Conduct gap analysis and contribute to a strategic roadmap for modernization.Monitor project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring successful execution.The Profile
What You Bring :
10+ years of Business Analysis experience, with a focus on application modernization projects.Expertise in HR, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Wholesale domains.Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.Proven ability to analyze complex processes and propose innovative, business-driven solutions.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams.Agile methodology experience is a plus.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.The Employer
