Talent Experiences & Gifting Coordinator

Strong research and aesthetic sensibilities in the luxury space.
Job Summary
Tokyo Talent Experiences & Gifting Coordinator (Part-time)
Responsibilities
- Support APAC Regional Lead in planning gifts for VIP talents (Directors, Producers, Writers, Lead Actors).
- Coordinate gifting for various occasions (productions, birthdays, festivals, awards, etc.).
- Research trends and collaborate with brands, consultants, and vendors for creative gifting ideas.
- Organize, manage, and track all gifting logistics, vendors, and databases.
