Job description 求められる資格 / 経験 / スキル / 認定書：スキル： 実際に自分で操作した経験があること。ビジネス変革を支援するため積極的にシステムに直接関わることが求められます。英語と日本語でコミュニケーションできる（必須）日本の人事採用ポリシーとプロセスに精通している（必須）ビジネス要件を解析して技術 / 機能要件に落とし込める統合テストの支援およびWorkdayアプリケーションのメンテナンスとサポートに関連する活動を支援する。主要なステークホルダーとやりとりし、要件の聞き出し、ソリューションの設計、構築とデプロイ等、プロジェクトの様々な段階にWorkday HCMドメインと技術的専門性を適用する。経験： Workday HCMモジュール（Core HR、Compensation、Recruitment、Benefits、Talent Management、 Payroll、 Time & Absence / Adaptive）のうち3つ以上のモジュールにおいて5年以上の経験。Workday テクノロジーで5年以上の経験。 Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)、Advanced Report Writer、Cloud Connect (PICOF、PECI、CCW、CCB)、Business Process Framework、 Configurable Security、Calculated Fields、Custom fields、XML / XSLT、Studio、 BIRT Reporting およびデータ解析のいずれか。Workdayの実装または展開プロジェクトで全サイクルを2回以上経験していること。主要なWorkday Managed Services Programでの豊富な経験Workday HCMソリューションの解析、設計、開発、テストおよび実装で実際に操作した経験が豊富であること サードパーティシステムのインバウンド / アウトバウンド統合およびデータフローに精通していること リサーチ、システム課題の解決、不測の結果やプロセスフローなど、本稼働後のサポート経験。 ビジネス目標に合うソリューションまたは代替手法を推奨した経験。日次のサポート活動をモニタリングし、ログに記録された問題が解決されるようにし、トラブルシューティングおよびデータの問題を是正した経験担当分野： ビジネスおよびITの部署とやりとりし、情報を収集してソリューションを提供する / 重要な問題を解決するビジネス / クライアントチームと会議を行い、ビジネス要件およびビジネス目標を話し合う新しい技術を学習、理解、適用してビジネス課題を解決する。上級ビジネスパートナーと連携し、詳細な要件を入手して革新的なソリューションを届ける。Infosys is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, spouse of protected veteran, or disability.
