Job Title : Head of SCM OTCReport to : Head of FinancePurpose :  Role Description :

  • In-vivo および In-vitro ビジネスのゾーンにおける「Order To Cash」活動の実行
  • OTC KPIフレームワークのマイルストーンと目標を達成させ、売り上げとキャッシュを推進する
  • SCM OTC組織をリードし、SCM OTC戦略を定義し実施する。
  • SCM OTC組織関連の予算とリソース配分の最終決定を行う。
  • Japanマネジメントの予測に乖離が生じた場合、活動や是正措置を発動し、それぞれの緩和措置（バックログ関連など）を管理する。
  • IFRSおよび内部規制基準に準拠した受注 / 売上計上、コンプライアンスと収益認識に責任を持ち、帳簿と記録の整合性を確保する。
  • JapanのOTCプロセス（イメージング事業、ダイアグノクティス事業）の調和、標準化
  • Regulatory Financeの "Digital Roadmap "に沿ったOTC関連のデジタル化活動の実施と継続的な開発を推進する。
  • JapanのOWC(売掛金、在庫、買掛金)およびキャッシュ回収活動に対する説明責任をもつ。

Job requisition

  • Order to Cashの豊富な知識と経験、及び運転資本・受注から売掛金回収までのサイクルタイム（キャッシュフロー）の改善、プロセスの改善・最適化に関する実績
  • 5-8年の組織および複数名のピープルマネジメント経験（5つの部門、合計100人以上の組織のマネジメントとなります）
  • IFRS第15号、収益認識、財務諸表、貸借対照表) 尚可
  • SAPおよびERPシステム導入経験もしくは使用経験　(SAP S / 4 HANA, RARなどの知識)
  • HQやAPACのFinanceとDiscussionができるコミュニケーション能力があること
