Compensation & Benefits Manager

As the Compensation and Benefits Manager in this international company, your job is to ensure that the C&B investment offerings, and governance of each program/plan in Japan meet the Company’s business objectives.

You will set the basic C& B policies as the organization manages its personnel expenses, internal equity and external competitiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Benefits & Payroll (additional details will be provided to qualified candidates)

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 5-7 years’ practical experience in C&B and payroll management in the retail business
• Experience in operating the components of a global/market compensation program as well as the ability to design and implement innovations within a collaborative environment
• Team management experience
• Project Management / Leading experience
• Native-level Japanese (including reading and writing) and Business English
• Professional demeanor with established relationship building skills
• Legal, accounting, and regulatory know-how
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
• Analytical approach, creative problem solver
• Team Player, open, flexible
