経口剤処方製法研究担当者 / Oral formulation research staff

グローバル開発品目増加への対応及びトップ製薬企業たる技術レベルを維持・向上するため。

仕事内容：
・中分子・低分子医薬品の物性評価や製剤化技術の構築（特に難溶性化合物の経口製剤の開発）
・処方・製法研究アプローチの構築
・製剤単位操作への理解と製法を考慮した最適処方の確立

Background to Recruitment:
To respond to the increase in global develpment products and maintain and improve the technology level as a top pharmaceutical company

Description of Work:
・Evaluation of physicochemical properties of middle and small molecule drugs and establishment of formulation technology (development of oral formulations of poorly soluble compounds in particular)
・Establishment of formulation/manufacturing research approach
・Understanding of unit operations and establishment of optimal formulation considering manufacturing method 応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験：
低・中分子の経口製剤化経験

Desired Experience:
Experience in oral formulation research of small and middle molecules

・国内・海外のレギュレーション、ガイドラインに関する知識
・英語でのコミュニケーションで業務を推進できる方

Desired Skills:
・Knowledge of regulations and guidelines in Japan and overseas
・A person who can promote work by communicating in English

求める資格：
修士卒以上（薬学、理学、工学系）
