Retail Trainer

As Retail Trainer, you will participate in developing and maintaining the highest possible level of service experience and product knowledge.
> You will oversee our vision in regards to retail excellence to all stores.
> Your responsibilities are to execute effective selling training and product training partnering with the Retail team and Merchandising team with the support from HQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Task #1 is Training
- Execute training sessions to the sales associates using various methods that will engage all staff
- Collect feedback from stores and management regarding training sessions and make improvements as needed

Task #2 is Follow up
- Perform frequent visits to stores for follow up on sales associates` productivity and provide coaching to the staff
- Work closely with the Retail Managers, Store Managers, and the Merchandising team to promote company products and service effectively
- Monitor Mystery Shopping results and drive follow up actions based on the results
