Tech Delivery Lead

職務目的（Job Purpose）

• AIG損保が所管する複数の重要システムの Leadとして、プロジェクトや開発案件のDelivery(品質、予算、スケジュール)の責任を担う。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

・代理店の手数料精算を司る重要システムのLeadを担う。

・Leadとは、そのシステムの利用目的(ビジネス要件)・構成・設計など、幅広い知識を有し、ビジネスユーザーや開発ベンダーとのコミュニケーションの中心としての役割を担う。

・担当システムに対し、プロジェクトなどの開発案件が発生した際は、自ら開発要件を熟知し、開発に必要な予算・スケジュール・開発リソースの計画を作成し、開発に向けた承認取得のためのプロセスを遂行する。

・実際に開発がスタートした際は、当初作成した計画に基づき、開発チームを指揮し、開発の遂行に当たる。上席やビジネスオーナーに対する経過報告や、問題が発生した時の速やかなエスカレーションと、計画へのインパクト分析を行い、必要に応じた計画変更のための承認プロセスを遂行する。

・開発物に対する品質の確保、計画通りのリリース、リリース後の安定稼働に責任を担う。

・担当システムの責任者として、定期的、あるいは、局所的に発生する様々な管理業務(グローバル基準、セキュリティ要件など)に対して責任を担う。
