Solution Architect

Job Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a solution architect or technical lead
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database/middleware modernization and migration
• PL/SQL refactoring and Oracle Hands-on experience in modernizing Forms/Reports
• In-depth understanding of OCI (DB systems, networking, IAM, and security)
• Experience in creating architecture documentation and migration runbooks Modernization, code analysis, automation,
• Experience in using AI/LLM tools in document creation

Preferred Qualification:

• OCI Architect
• Certification -Experience in Linux-based deployment and automation
• Knowledge of modernization in the enterprise/finance/security domain
• Experience in AI-powered modernization, AI-driven code generation, or AI system integration
• Knowledge of Python, AI pipelines, or model-based analysis Soft skills
• Ability to explain complex modernization topics to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner
• Strong communication skills with vendors and distributed teams
• Proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery of modernization, including AI-powered transformation

Languages : Native level of Japanese (N) and Business English skills
