We are seeking a software engineer to contribute to the development of software related to perception performance (e.g., radar) for Interior Sensing Systems (ISS). As a software engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks : * Analyze requirements, design, and implement software for the ISS system. * Collaborate with domain experts, including platform teams, to propose cutting-edge solutions. * Work closely with other software, application, and test engineers to develop systems in accordance with the V-model. * Engage in technical discussions and negotiations with customers and cross-functional experts globally. *Qualifications* [必須の経験•スキル] * 電気工学,コンピュータエンジニアリング,または同様の工学の学士号 * 3年以上のシステム / ソフトウェア開発の経験 * 3年以上のC ++プログラミングスキル * Matlab / Pythonプログラミングスキル * 高度な日本語コミュニケーションスキル * ビジネスレベルの英語力 [歓迎する経験•スキル] * 自動車または組み込み制御システムでのC ++ソフトウェア開発の経験 * 画像処理やミリ波センサーの基本知識 [語学力] * ビジネスレベルの英語能力 * Native(N1)レベルの日本語能力 *[Required Experience and Skills]* * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field * Over 3 years of experience in system / software development * More than 3 years of hands-on experience with C++ programming * Proficiency in Matlab and / or Python programming * Advanced Japanese communication skills * Business-level proficiency in English *[Preferred Experience and Skills]* * Experience in C++ software development for automotive or embedded control systems * Basic knowledge of image processing and millimeter-wave sensors *[Language Proficiency]* * Business-level English proficiency * Native-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1) *Additional Information* Interior Sensing Solutions https : / / www.bosch-mobility.com / en / solutions / interior / interior-sensing-solutions /
