Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with field solution engineers and internal development teams to address customer challenges using deep technical expertise and product knowledge
• Plan and execute application support for new SiPh solutions and enhancements to existing offerings
• Develop and deliver technical training to field engineers and sales teams
• Act as a bridge between customers and R&D by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of the solution portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the test & measurement, semiconductor, or electronics industry
• Hands-on experience with electrical measurement techniques and tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher)
• Proven ability to manage projects and execute plans effectively
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success
• Global experience or exposure to international customers is a strong plus
• Experiences with optical measurement, such as Tunable laser source, Polarization Synthesizer, Power meter, Optical switch are desirable.
