Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Accurately capture and maintain customer demand in the system; manage order entry and updates with attention to detail.
  • Support on-time delivery by proactively identifying and resolving supply gaps.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through active involvement in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and operational process improvements.
  • Serve as a dependable and solutions-focused partner to both customers and the sales team.
  • Participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations from a customer account management perspective.
  • Provide data-driven analysis to empower the sales team with actionable insights that support revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Note:
This position is open only to candidates who already hold a valid working visa for Japan. Please be aware that our company does not provide visa sponsorship or support for visa acquisition.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • At least 2 years of working experience, regardless of industry
  • Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N1 or equivalent
  • English language proficiency: TOEIC 860 or equivalent
  • Analytical skills are a plus, including experience in:Data analysis related to demand, backlog, or revenue trendsDemand forecasting or basic statistical analysisUtilizing Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Translating data into actionable business insights
