フィールドトレーニングマネージャーは、カスタマートレーニングチームの一員として、直販市場におけるトレーニング拠点の運営をリード、サポートし、トレーニングプログラム戦略を策定します。
重点分野は、フィールドトレーニングチームの育成、トレーニング施設（レンタルスペースを含む）の最適活用、革新的な技術トレーニングプログラムの支援です。
フィールドトレーニングマネージャーは、日々の業務がスムーズに進められるよう、業務プロセスの評価・改善による運営の円滑化、業務手順の分析、主要指標のトラッキング、ロジスティクスの調整、プロジェクト管理を行います。
基本的な職務
• カスタマートレーニングのリーダーシップチーム、営業部門、その他の社内関係者と連携し、ビジネスニーズに応じたトレーニングサポートを適切に配分・実施できるようにします。
• フィールドトレーニングチームメンバーの採用、指導、育成を行い、会社の目標に沿った持続的なパフォーマンス、スキル開発、キャリア成長を確かなものとします。
• 指定された場所、病院、デモルームで、外科医、研修医、ケアチームスタッフ向けの効果的なトレーニングプログラムの開発・提供をサポートします。
• 市場やプログラムのニーズに応じたトレーナースケジュールの週次計画と最適化を監督します。
• リーダーシップチームにおいて、カスタマートレーニング部門を代表し、四半期ごとのフィールドトレーニングビジネスレビューを実施・報告します。
• 次の分野でカスタマートレーナーのコンピテンシーを開発します。
o ダヴィンチ® システムテクノロジー
o ダヴィンチ® システムの応用
o トレーニングパスウェイのプロセス
o トレーニング/コーチングのテクニック/方法論
• オンボーディングプログラムガイドラインおよび年次のコンピテンシーチェックに従って、トレーニングプログラムに関するコンピテンシーを維持・アップデートします。
• アンケートを実施し、データ収集とプログラムの効果測定を行います。
• ビジネス戦略およびコマーシャル戦略に沿って、カスタマートレーニングのCIPゴールを管理します。
• CRMやアンケートデータを分析し、プログラムの効果を測定、リソースの最適利用を確保し、必要に応じてプロセス改善を提案します。
• 病院の手術室でダヴィンチ®システムの時折のサポート。
• 出張は最大で25％
必須のスキルと経験
• 8 年以上の経験（うち4 年以上はトレーニング／プロフェッショナル教育分野）
• 戦略計画の策定・実行能力
• 優れた対人スキルを持ち、顧客やステークホルダーとの協力、組織横断で効果的な協力関係を構築した実績
• 優れたパフォーマンスを出すチームの構築、指導、管理経験
• 測定可能な成果を伴うトレーニングプロジェクトの管理経験
• データとテクノロジーを活用し、問題を特定・解決する強い意欲と能力
• 優れた組織力、時間管理、優先順位付け、問題解決スキル
• 優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーションスキル
• 地域の規制・コンプライアンス要件の理解
• スピード感のある不確実な環境でも柔軟に対応し成果を上げられること
