Operations Manager (Middle Mile), Middle Mile, AMXL JP

AMXL Middle Mile is seeking an Area Manager to support daily operations at an AMXL Sort Center in Japan. The role focuses on executing smooth inbound, sorting, and outbound operations while achieving key operational metrics such as safety, quality, throughput, and on-time departures.

The Area Manager will work alongside 3PL operations teams on the floor, communicate with 3PL partners to identify quality gaps, and support corrective actions to ensure compliance with operational standards. The role requires active collaboration with Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, carrier partners, and internal teams to ensure shipments flow through the network efficiently.

Key responsibilities include floor-level execution and supervision, labor and equipment utilization tracking, operational metrics monitoring, and contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce defects. The role will also support capacity planning activities and help maintain operational stability as the AMXL Middle Mile network continues to expand.

AMXLミドルマイルでは、日本のAMXLソートセンターにおける日々のオペレーションを支える **エリアマネージャー** を募集しています。本ポジションでは、入荷・仕分け・出荷業務が円滑に実行されるよう現場をサポートし、安全性、品質、生産性、定時出荷などの主要なオペレーション指標の達成に貢献します。

エリアマネージャーは、3PLパートナーと現場で密に連携し、品質上の課題を特定・共有するとともに、3PLパートナーを通じた是正アクションを推進することで、運用基準の遵守を支援します。また、フルフィルメントセンター、デリバリーステーション、キャリアパートナー、社内チームと連携し、ネットワーク全体でのスムーズな貨物フローの実現に貢献します。
