Horizon Club Manager | Shangri-La Tokyo

Shangri-La Tokyo is currently looking for a Horizon Club Manager to lead our Horizon Club operations and deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences.

We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who can lead the team, ensure outstanding VIP guest services, and maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall Horizon Club operations
• Deliver exceptional service to VIP and club floor guests
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and service quality
• Handle guest concerns and VIP follow-ups
• Coordinate with Rooms Division and other departments
• Ensure compliance with brand standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Club Lounge Manager or Executive Lounge Manager in a luxury hotel
• International luxury hotel experience
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and hotel systems
• Food & Beverage knowledge and service experience
• Proficiency in Japanese and English, with additional language skills preferred
• Candidates with foreign nationality must hold a valid work visa for Japan

• Horizon Clubのオペレーション全体の管理
• VIPおよびクラブフロアゲストへの高品質なサービス提供
• チームメンバーの指導・育成・マネジメント
• ゲスト満足度およびサービス品質の向上
• ゲスト対応およびVIPフォローアップの実施
• Rooms Divisionおよび他部門との連携・調整
• ブランドスタンダードの遵守と徹底

応募基準

• ラグジュアリーホテルでのClub LoungeまたはExecutive Loungeのマネジメント経験
• 外資系ラグジュアリーホテルでの勤務経験
• Opera PMSおよびホテルシステムの知識
• Food & Beverageに関する知識およびサービス経験
• 日本語および英語での高いコミュニケーション能力（その他言語歓迎）
• 外国籍の場合は日本で就労可能なビザを有していること

BENEFITS

• Overtime allowance : Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
• Bonus : Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
• Transportation fare : Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30,000.-).
• Merit Salary Increment : Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Companys discretion.
