SAP AMS Junior Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on SAP AMS support tickets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
• Communicate with end-users to clarify issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions for internal teams and end-users.
• Maintain training materials, attendance records, and feedback reports.
• Collaborate with SAP AMS consultants and support teams to identify recurring issues and training needs.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards related to ticket quality and training effectiveness.

Job Qualifications:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Training Coordinator to support our SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team.
• This role focuses on ticket quality checks, user communication, and training coordination to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
• English proficiency preferred for internal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of SAP systems or willingness to learn.
