**Overview:**
As vehicles evolve toward greater connectivity and autonomy, cybersecurity has become central to safety and innovation. This role leads strategy, development, and operations of cybersecurity solutions across vehicle systems, working with global OEMs and R&D teams to strengthen security at every stage.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and execute cybersecurity strategies for advanced automotive systems
- Design secure in-vehicle and external communication architectures
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155)
- Lead development and enforcement of internal cybersecurity policies
- Oversee supplier selection, evaluation, and operational security processes
- Collaborate globally with OEMs and engineering teams on joint projects

**Work Conditions:**
- Location: Shinagawa, Tokyo
- Flexible hours and partial remote work (up to 2 days/week)
- Salary up to ¥14M + (based on experience)

■ 主な業務内容
- 先進車載システムのサイバーセキュリティ戦略立案・実行
- 車内外通信のセキュリティアーキテクチャ設計
- 国際規格（ISO/SAE 21434・UN R155）への対応
- 社内セキュリティポリシーの策定・運用
- サプライヤー選定、評価、セキュリティ運用の監督
- OEMや海外開発拠点との協働によるグローバルプロジェクト推進

■ 勤務条件
- 勤務地：東京都品川区
- フレックスタイム制・在宅勤務（週2回まで）
- 年収目安：～1,400万円 +（経験・スキルにより応相談）
- 各種社会保険完備、土日祝休み
