職務内容

SDRSales Development RepresentativeはAnaplanの見込み顧客が初めて接するAnaplanの声となる重要なポジションです

業務内容には以下が含まれます

  • エンタープライズ企業に対するプロスペクティング見込み顧客開拓を通じてSales Qualified LeadSQLの創出
  • キーステークホルダーを特定し課題やニーズを把握しながらAnaplanのアカウントチームとの関係構築
  • マーケティング活動で獲得したリードやイベント参加者への迅速なフォローアップ
  • ターゲット市場の見込み顧客に対する電話メールデジタルチャネルを通じたアウトバウンド活動
  • バリューベースの会話スキルの習得と実践
  • フィールドセールスと連携しアカウントに基づいたセールス戦略Account Based Sales Developmentの実行
  • 週次月次の営業指標電話メール数ミーティング設定件数などの達成を目指して自らを高める

応募資格

  • 3年以上のインサイドセールスセールスディベロップメントでの経験
    特にエンタープライズSaaS/クラウドアプリケーション企業での経験が望ましい
  • 日本国内のインサイドセールスチームのマネジメントまたはリード経験があれば尚可
  • エンタープライズ企業のCXOやディレクター層へのアプローチ経験がある方は歓迎
  • テクノロジーへの興味があり新しい営業ツールに対して積極的に学ぶ姿勢のある方
  • パイプライン創出やアポイントメント設定などで成果を出した実績のある方
  • 高いエネルギー行動力熱意イニシアチブ責任感プロ意識をお持ちの方
  • 高いアウトバウンドコールやメール送信数を維持できる自己管理能力
  • 学士号取得者
