Responsibilities

日本のサービスセンターで修理や校正といった計測器のメンテナンスのエンジニアの経験者を募集します。私たちは顧客満足や顧客体験を重視して日々業務に取り組んでいます。以下が主な業務内容です。

主な業務

• 機器の故障、問題個所の特定
• 修理/校正作業の実行
• 修理/校正作業の顧客への説明
• 修理/校正業務のプロセスやポリシーの改善
• サービスに関わるプロセス全般管理

サービスセンターのパフォーマンスは、納期遵守、効率性、顧客満足度、コスト管理、品質管理などのメトリクスで管理されています。

This is a position in Japan service center for an experienced repair and calibration engineer. Customer satisfaction and Customer experience are the top priority for us! Chosen individual will be responsible for the following:

Major responsibilities

• Identify problems and failures of customer’s unit.
• Implement repair and calibration job
• Explain repair job and calibration to customers as appropriately
• Improve repair and calibration process and policies
• Manage for all process related with services

We evaluate by Ship on time performance, efficiency, customer satisfaction, cost management, quality management and so on.

Qualifications

• 高専または大卒以上 電気電子等の専攻
• 2～5年程度の業務経験
• 電子計測機器の修理や校正の経験があれば尚可
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
• 英語に抵抗がない方（技術資料はほとんどが英語で、海外担当者とのやり取りもあるので英語能力もある程度必要）
• Graduate of a technical school or a university with a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• 2－5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience in delivering maintenance such as repairing or calibrating for test&measurement equipment or precision instruments.
• Excellent Japanese communication skills.
• Comfortable with English (as most technical documents are in English and interactions with overseas counterparts are required, a certain level of English proficiency is necessary).
