Process Automation Engineer

Annaul Salary: 8 Million yen and Above

Job Responsibilities:

• New line launch: Design, simulation, and verification of next-generation automated lines and robotics.
• Maximizing productivity and efficiency: Identifying bottlenecks through analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data, and promoting in-house automation (both hardware and software).
• Troubleshooting: Analyzing and resolving complex machine problems that cannot be solved by the production and maintenance team.

Job Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.)
• Experience: Experience in the design and development of PLC programs, as well as the implementation and commissioning of automated production lines in the manufacturing industry (any sector) (approximately 3 years or more) Primary
• Tools: Knowledge and experience with PLCs such as Siemens

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of communication and integration with MES and higher-level systems (ERP, core systems, production management systems, etc.) - Experience using LabVIEW

Language proficiency: Conversational Level Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and Business Level english.
