ITSolution Consultant or Engineer

Annual Salary: 5 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• This role focuses on designing and developing business efficiency solutions that drive digital transformation (DX) using no code/low-code platforms, generative AI, and RPA technologies.
• You will be involved in end-to-end system delivery, from requirements definition to development and implementation, while supporting clients’ automation and system optimization initiatives.
• Analyze business processes (As-Is / To Be) and define system requirements
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions
• Communicate with clients, prepare technical materials, and facilitate meetings
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and share knowledge within the team

Job Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in (software development) system development projects, including design, development, and testing
• Experience with back-office systems (e.g., sales management, inventory management, accounting, HR, attendance management)
• Experience in consulting firms or SIersis preferred; experience in in house IT or as a corporate IT engineer is also acceptable
• Experience in preparing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools

Language Requirements: N1 level Japanese with Business level English
