Resolve customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and efficiently. Assist users with platform and account-related questions. Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality. Requirements Japanese proficiency at C2–C1 level (close to native) with good English communication skills. Previous experience in Customer Service (Live Chat or Email Support preferred). Experience in fintech, finance, banking, or cryptocurrency is an advantage. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
