【概要】アドバイザリー部門は、会社全体の成長に資する提案に注力し、戦略策定や業務改革、実践的なデジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進など、企画と実行の両面からお客様に付加価値を提供しています。グローバル＆デジタルの知見と豊富なソリューションを武器に、「ビジネス」「業務」「システム」の3つの観点でクライアントに寄り添い、アバナードの総合力でお客様の成長に大きく貢献します。Associate ManagerまたはManagerとしてチームを組成し、当社の持つ最先端のデジタル領域の知識・技術・経験を掛け合わせ、クライアントに対し斬新かつ最適な提案や解決方法を提示し、さらには新しいマーケットやビジネスの創出までをサポートして頂きます。このような領域において、ビジネスとテクノロジー双方を全社的目線で語れる知見と熱意を持った方を求めております。その中でも主に、ビジネス側のリードとしてERPの提案をけん引してくださる方を求めています。【業務詳細】・アドバイザリー部門を起点として戦略とデジタルのハイブリッドチームを組成し、主に下記のようなDynamics365（ERP）の営業活動、企画構想を力強く推進する。（職階によっては複数案件をマルチタスクで推進することも求められる） ・10億円前後のERP関連の提案に関する業務側のリード（提案書作成等） ・デリバリにおける企画構想、要件定義までのリード・クライアントが置かれた競争環境に対して、ビジネス戦略の立案のみならず、デジタルが及ぼす影響を完全に理解し、ビジネス戦略実現のための適切な打ち手を先んじて提示する。・本質課題への鋭い洞察に基づく革新的な提案を行うとともに、期待値を適切にコントロールし、当社の収益最大化とクライアントからの圧倒的評価を同時に実現する。・組織マネジメントを通じて自部門の業績を最大化するとともに、会社全体の成長にも主体的に関与する。・社内向けにナレッジトランスファーを積極的に行い、社外向けにプロモーション活動を行うなど、組織全体の競争力向上に寄与する。
