Background to recruitment:
Reinforcement of technical development capabilities for injectable drug product

Description of work:
・Physicochemical characterization and formulation development for candidate molecules
・Development and scale-up of manufacturing process
・Selection and assessment of primary packaging (vial, syringe, etc.)

・注射剤の処方設計の実務経験
・注射剤の製造プロセス開発の実務経験
・抗体等のタンパク質の物性評価経験

求めるスキル・知識・能力：
・英語でのコミュニケーション能力
・国内・海外のレギュレーション、ガイドラインに関する知識

求める行動特性：
・周囲のメンバーを巻き込みながらリーダーシップを発揮して業務を推進する
・柔軟な発想とチャレンジ精神を持って新しい技術の開発・導入に取り組む

必須資格(TOEIC含)：
・修士卒以上（薬学、理学、工学等）
・TOEIC 730点以上

・Experiences of formulation development for injectable drug product
・Experiences of manufacturing process development for injectable drug product
・Assessment of physicochemical properties for proteins such as antibodies

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities :
・Communication skill in English
・Knowledge of regulations and guidelines in Japan/global

Desired competencies :

・Engage in the development and introduction of new technologies with innovative thinking and a bold, challenge-driven mindset

Desired Qualification：
・Master degree or higher (pharmacology, science, engineering, etc.)
