The production Line leader is responsible for managing a manufacturing team. The primary goal is to properly organize staff members achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day and ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. The successful candidate will have the ability to solve problems on their own initiative. This position will also include directing training and assisting lower-level manufacturing employees in a factory can develop a career as a production shop floor supervisor at Pall in the future.

This positionreports to the production group manager andis part of theproduction division of Nihon Pall Manufacturing will be located inAmi-machi Inashiki-gun Ibaraki prefecture. The work schedule is 3-shift.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure that the team members adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs 5S guidelines rules and regulations.
• Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time.
• Provide the high quality training to the newly hired production operators so that they can follow the standard works of manufacturing process and meet the requirement as a production operator.

• チームメンバーとコミュニケーションをとり無駄な時間を最小限に抑えながら高品質な製品を継続的に生産できるようにします
• 製造工程の標準作業を遵守し製造オペレータとしての要件を満たすために新規採用の製造オペレータに質の高い教育を提供します

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge and usage of basic PC ability to read and comprehend product drawings and written work instructions.
• Experience in a production line leader or trainer providing OJT to newly hired production operators.
• 高等学校卒業以上又は同等以上
• PCの知識と使用方法製品図面や作業指示書を読んで理解する能力
• 製造ラインのリーダーの経験又は新人OJTのトレーニングを実施した経験

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• 1 year of work experience as a production line leader in manufacturing plant
• 3 year of experience in using Microsoft office.
• 製造工場における製造ラインリーダーとして1年以上の実務経験
• Microsoft Officeの使用経験3年以上
