The Amazon Japan Recruiting team is seeking a Recruiter who embodies a passion for learning and curiosity someone who continuously seeks new knowledge embraces different perspectives and thrives on growing alongside a team of innovative professionals. You will successfully manage prioritize and close multiple requisitions against a timeline with experience setting benchmarks and metrics. You will also bring strong sourcing skills proactively identifying and engaging the right candidates to build robust pipelines. You will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies for talent pools and market addition to end-to-end recruitment responsibilities across multiple hiring requests concurrently you will work on both tactical and strategic projects to continuously innovate for our customers.

Key job responsibilities
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer and partner expectations.

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company implementing new processes and refining existing processes in alignment with Amazons mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing via direct outreach referrals and market mapping.

Articulate in writing hiring plans with deliverables timelines and a formal tracking process.

Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques leveraging internal sources of talent and identification of top talent for senior-level openings.

Communicate organize and negotiate effectively with a keen focus on delivering business results.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers and HRBPs to drive the end-to-end recruiting process smoothly and efficiently.

Collect and organize recruiting data analyze results and trends quantitatively and leverage insights to inform hiring strategy and drive continuous improvement.

- Experience building and executing candidate sourcing and closing strategies
- Bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English reading writing and speaking
- 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced high-bar environment
- Experience partnering and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers and HRBPs
- Experience collecting analyzing and reporting on recruiting data and metrics

- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to enhance hiring efficiency and quality
- Experience managing candidates through recruitment lifecycles; from reach-out assessment preparation negotiation and closing.
