Job Description

Job Title:PreSales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Accompanying sales staff in customer negotiations
• Coordinating with sales and development departments
• Testing new products and solutions and conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations
• Providing technical support to distributors and end users during implementation
• Providing post-sales support in the event of system failures
• Preparing product documentation
• Delivering presentations at seminars and other events

Qualifications for this role are:

Required

Communication skills

Pre-sales experience at an IT solutions company and experience in high-level design of server/storage systems

Knowledge of Linux (UNIX)

Knowledge of storage hardware and file systems

Knowledge of networking

Preferred

Pre-sales experience with AI platforms (proposals and high-level design)

Pre-sales experience with cloud platforms (proposals and high-level design)

Pre-sales experience with virtualization platforms (proposals and high-level design)
