As a Program Manager based in Tokyo youll be responsible for leading complex customer programs from start to finish including:

  • Leading strategic implementation programs for major retail customers
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering Operations Product Supply Chain Sales and Customer Success
  • Building trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders
  • Managing program scope timelines budgets risks and governance
  • Driving customer adoption and business transformation
  • Ensuring successful delivery while identifying opportunities for future growth
  • Continuously improving program management best practices across the organization.

Qualifications :

You bring:

  • 8 years of experience in Program Management Project Management Customer Delivery or Consulting
  • Experience delivering complex enterprise customer programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience working in international cross-functional environments
  • Strong leadership planning and risk management capabilities
  • Commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset
  • Experience in Retail Technology SaaS IoT or Digital Transformation is highly preferred
  • PMP PgMP Prince2 or Agile certification is a plus
  • Fluent Japanese and English.
