Shangri-La Tokyo is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

As a key member of the hotels leadership team you will inspire and develop a high-performing team while ensuring impeccable cleanliness operational excellence and memorable guest experiences.

What were looking for

• Proven leadership experience in Housekeeping within an international hotel environment
• Strong people management communication and organizational skills
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Valid authorization to work in Japan
• Experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel will be highly regarded.
