Sr. Marcom Representative – Field Marketing Execution Manager

Responsibilities

Marketing Program Execution

• Execute integrated marketing programs, including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and partner activities.

• Localize and deploy global campaigns for the Japan market.

• Ensure flawless delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with corporate standards.

Event & Customer Engagement

• Manage end-to-end execution of customer events, technical seminars, industry conferences, and virtual programs.

• Coordinate agencies, vendors, speakers, logistics, and attendee communications to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Lead Management & Demand Generation

• Own marketing lead operations, including lead routing, quality monitoring, SLA tracking, and sales follow-up support.

• Partner with Sales to improve lead conversion, pipeline progression, and marketing contribution to revenue.

Marketing Operations & Performance

• Support campaign deployment through CRM and marketing automation platforms.

• Track key performance metrics including engagement, MQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

• Maintain data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with global marketing processes.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, marketing communications, demand generation, or marketing operations.

• Proven experience executing customer events and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

• Business-level Japanese and professional English communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B technology, engineering software, semiconductor, EDA, simulation, or related industries.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, webinar platforms, and demand generation processes.

• Experience working in a regional or global matrix organization.
