Facility Engineer

職務の目的

メンテナンスエンジニアとしてHVAC水道蒸気ガス圧縮空気LNGなど割り当てられたユーティリティシステムの運用と保守を監督し安全かつ効率的にかつ基準に準拠して運用できるようにしますこの役割は技術スタッフや契約業者の監督を含み生産エンジニアリングチームと密接に連携してQMSEHS規制要件エンジニアリング基準に沿ったユーティリティの運営を支援します

主な業務内容

• LNGAHU冷却機冷却塔蒸気ボイラー水処理施設および関連機器を含むすべてのユーティリティおよび施設システムの円滑な運転保守最適化を確保し性能効率および費用対効果を重視する
• 重要な予備部品の在庫を十分に維持し正確なSAP記録と文書化によりメンテナンス活動の適時実行を監督します
• 請負業者および内部スタッフの作業を計画スケジュール監督し安全現場ポリシーの遵守GSKおよび規制法的基準の遵守を確保します
• 機器の故障や異常事象の調査是正措置の実施コンプライアンス事業継続品質安全環境問題のためのリスクの特定報告エスカレーションに貢献します
• 年間予算編成プロジェクト計画CAPEXの開発実行を支援しコスト削減イニシアチブや継続的改善プロジェクトに貢献します
• 公益事業のリスク評価検証自己検査GSKエンジニアリングスタンダードのギャップ分析を実施しRMSVQMSその他の確立されたフォーラムを通じて是正措置を管理します
• 定期的なGembaウォーク監査支援内部および外部の品質環境健康安全(EHS)規制要件の遵守を通じて検査準備(inspection readiness)を整えること
• 効果的なスタッフ育成を提供しGSKのグローバルポリシーに準拠しつつ安全で検証済みかつ高性能なユーティリティエンジニアリング業務を促進します
• GSKの行動を献身責任感品質へのコミットメントを示し一貫して成果を出しビジネス目標を支えること
• チームを動機付け導き協力することで強いチームワークコミュニケーションリーダーシップを育み共通の目標達成や課題の克服を目指しましょう

必要な条件

スキル

• 製造業でのユーティリティ電気ガス水道空調設備の運転技術方法に関する能力と十分な知識もしくはビルメンテナンスに関する能力と十分な知識
• メールやMicrosoft Officeアプリケーションを含む基本的なコンピュータスキル

経験

• 製造業でのエンジニアリングの経験ユーティリティー設備の扱いに関する経験57年

学位/資格/語学力

• 工学学士以上機械工学電気工学または関連分野

望ましい条件
